Valerian is a perennial flowering plant native to Europe and Asia with a documented history of use extending back to ancient Greek and Roman times. Described by Hippocrates in detail, both the herb and the roots were traditionally used for a variety of purposes and conditions. Valerian essential oil can be used topically or aromatically to create a welcoming and restful environment that prepares you for sweet dreams.
Directions
Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
